Compensation

At Super Service, we proudly offer our professional drivers some of the industry’s highest pay rates:

  • Teams: $0.42 cents per mile (split). We love teams and have lots of great team miles! HazMat endorsed? We offer our $0.43 cents per mile (split)
  • Solos: We want reward you for your experience and pay you to stay. We offer starting rates as high as $0.40 per mile! HazMat endorsed? You are eligible for a $0.01 per mile bonus!
  • Increases: On your one-year anniversary date you’re eligible for $0.01 to $.015 cents per mile increase each year!
  • We offer multiple stop pay for multiple stop loads (over 90% of our freight is no-touch!)
  • Minimum Daily & Weekend Pay (ask your recruiter for details)
  • Paid Orientation at three convenient Super Service terminals (Grand Rapids, MI, Somerset, KY, and Ellenwood, GA)
  • NO forced NYC dispatch. $100.00 bonus if you do service our valued customers in NYC

Driver Sign On Program
